Our client based in the USA, contracted us to manage an international seminar which would bring together Healthcare Professionals from the USA and South Africa. Our responsibilities included venue and activities, print and delegate management.
76 delegates were in attendance and we contracted the Crowne Plaza – The Rose Bank in Johannesburg for the two day seminar.
The seminar was held in one meeting room on both days, with coffee breaks in the foyer and lunch in the hotel’s main restaurant. All delegate materials were provided and set on tables ready for attendees to arrive.
In the evening of the first day a welcome reception was held in a private area of the hotel consisting of drinks and hot and cold canapés by waiter service. Poseur tables were provided and this allowed networking opportunities for the delegates.
At the conclusion of day two, delegates were provided with certificates of attendance for their records.
